Bipartisan Group of Senators Proposes “The Start Up Act 2.0”

Last week, a bipartisan group of four U.S. Senators – Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS), Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), and Sen.
